Is there free delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE delivery all across Thailand! No minimum spend required. We'll pack your order and send it off to our delivery partners on the next working day. From there, you can expect your order to reach you within 3-10 working days. Please note that we do not pack any orders on weekends or public holidays.
What is SOJAO's return policy?
We really hope you'll love your SOJAO items! For any reason you don't, we'll accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are brand new and haven't been used or washed. You can get a refund in your original payment method or a gift card, or you can exchange the item for something else (just be aware you might need to top-up if it's a higher value). If the exchanged item is worth less, we'll refund you the difference.
Just email us at hello@sojao.shop with your order number and we'll help you out on the next steps! But remember, we can't accept returns or exchanges if the items are washed or used. We also don't provide any return or exchanges on consignment items from all other vendors.
