Is there shrinkage after the first wash?
Slight natural shrinkage will occur during the first few washes because we avoid harmful chemical sizing agents like formaldehyde to pre-shrink the final product but rest assured that shrinkage has been accounted for!
What is SOJAO's return or exchange policy if it doesn't fit?
We'll accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are brand new and haven't been used or washed. You can get a refund in your original payment method or a gift card, or you can exchange the item for something else (just be aware you might need to top-up if it's a higher value). If the exchanged item is worth less, we'll refund you the difference.
